We are pleased to have recently completed the CAT A+ fit out of the mezzanine and Levels 1, 5, 7 and 8 at The Forge, Bankside. The 37,000 sq ft fit out of dedicated office space follows on from the project team’s successful completion of the ‘Club Room’ amenities fit out on Level 7 of The Forge in Spring of 2024.
Storey provided Project Management and Employer’s Agent services on the project, working closely with the team to elevate the aesthetics and functionality of the office floors. The design-led approach focused on user experience and helped secure pre-let agreements on two of the floors prior to project completion.
Following the success of the scheme, the team have now been engaged to deliver Levels 2 and 6 at The Forge to a CAT A+ finish. It has been a pleasure working with the entire team on this project!
