Storey have successfully completed another project for our client Endurance Land at 138 Cheapside, City of London. The 3,200 sqft CAT A+ fitted office now offers a refined, design-led, modern workspace to suit new occupational needs, all within a light-filled, contemporary setting that balances function with understated elegance.
The project also included the phased replacement of key basebuild air conditioning systems across multiple floors in the building. This aspect of the project required meticulous planning to successfully upgrade the VRF system whilst the building remained occupied throughout. Close coordination was essential to ensure the existing tenants could remain operational in a live environment during operating hours.
