Storey successfully repositioned a tired light-industrial unit, formerly a fast-food commercial kitchen, into a striking self contained office building in the heart of Clerkenwell for a private client.

We navigated a complex ownership and approval process to successfully secure consents for a scheme previously considered unachievable. The scheme included the demolition and rebuild of the entire first floor, a complete facade replacement, along with significant structural and MEP interventions to maximise height and light.
