Storey provided project management services for this 49,000 sq ft Cat A & Cat B office fit out for Myo in Landsec's first Net-Zero carbon development, The Forge.
As The Forge pioneered modern methods of design and construction with many parts being pre-fabricated off-site, this fit out for Myo Bankside emphasised careful design to integrate with the basebuild and minimise the need for modification, keeping the carbon footprint of the construction of the fit out to a minimum.
The workplace includes everything from meeting rooms, breakout spaces, lounges, terraces and a shared courtyard, and achieved BREEAM Outstanding, WELL Core, and NABERS accreditations.
