Storey was appointed by Workspace to support the delivery of this scheme from RIBA Stage 3, acting as Employer’s Agent, supporting the client’s in-house project delivery team. The project includes significantly new build extensions and improvements to the original 1930’s building and will create an additional 20,000 sqft of office, workshop, and studio space, with a new ground floor cafe and increased area provided for public realm. The varied range of office floor plates presents a flexible scheme with the potential to attract a variety of tenants, the majority being units for small businesses. The scheme is currently on site and due to complete in 2024.
