Storey supported Crosstree Real Estate Partners in the landlord refurbishment of 48 Dover Street, integrating two separate tenant fit-out projects within the building.

The project, located in the heart of Mayfair, involved a refurbishment that elevated the building to premium standards. Storey provided project management, employer’s agent, and tenant co-ordination services, overseeing a full reception refurbishment, localised façade replacement, and the introduction of luxurious hotel-quality end-of-trip facilities in the basement. The refurbishment focused on a hospitality-led finish, significantly enhancing both the building’s aesthetic appeal and functionality to meet the highest expectations of modern, premium office spaces

A key element of the project was the complete replacement of the building’s MEP systems, while tenants remained in occupation. This required meticulous planning and close coordination to ensure minimal disruption in a live environment. The upgrades enabled the building to achieve EPC B, BREEAM Excellent, and WiredScore Gold.
