Having advised the previous building owner with feasibility options, Storey were appointed by new owners - a joint venture between Heitman and Greycoat Real Estate - to deliver a comprehensive refurbishment and repositioning of the asset including replacement of all existing plant and equipment, introduction of a new roof terrace, additional lift, and core reconfiguration, while also delivering market leading end of trip, wellness, and amenity space, achieving Net Zero Carbon in-use. Reimagined with a wealth of amenities and achieving exceptional environmental performance including BREEAM Excellent and an EPC A, the project completed in Q3 2023 and achieved the brief of delivering ‘the best small building in London’.
