Planning permission has recently been granted for our project at 19-20 Rathbone Place for J.P. Morgan Asset Management.

Storey is delighted to share planning permission has recently been granted for our project at 19-20 Rathbone Place for J.P. Morgan Asset Management.

The scheme involves an extension of the existing core, new lifts, creation of a new roof terrace, and Cat A refurbishment of the internal floors. The new roof terrace (pictured) will provide high quality amenity space for the building. CGI images courtesy of MoreySmith.

We look forward to watching this exciting project progress into construction soon, and congratulations to the entire project team for achieving this important milestone.
